Inquiries will be responded to on a first come, first serve basis. If someone is interested in a gecko that someone else has expressed interest in first, the first customer will be given 24 hours to either place a hold on the gecko or pass. Geckos will not be placed on hold until hold payment has been received.
We accept PayPal and Venmo for non-local sales and cash at reptile expos. All sales are final.
Shipping is only available Monday-Wednesday, for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday arrival to your local FedEx Ship Center. Temperatures safe for shipping are 45-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Domestic shipping is usually $50-$70 depending on different box sizes for different weather conditions and distance traveled.
In the rare and unfortunate event of a DOA, we will need to be notified within 30 minutes of receiving animal, and animal may need to be shipped back; so do not discard or freeze. Tail loss has not happened for us, but is possible during shipping and no refunds will be issued for tail loss.
Once the animal is in your care, we do not have control over the environment—temperatures, cats, children, etc, so we cannot offer a health guarantee. But we only sell healthy animals that are feeding and ready for new homes!
We will not sell male and female siblings/half siblings together.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion.
